How soon will we hear about lab results?
Typically, it will take us between 7-10 business days to review and contact you regartding your test results.
If I’d like a copy of my medical records, how can we do so?
For a copy of your medical records for another Physician, please have them contact us directly and we can then forward a copy to their office. If you are looking for a copy of your records to keep personally, we require that request through the patient portal or a signed “Authorization for release of health information pursuant to HIPAA” form and this can be found online or at our office.

What is a sick visit?
Sick visits are appointments with your doctor that you make in order to discuss acute or chronic symptoms or health concerns. Sick visits may be schedules in advance or on the same day. An adult sick visit can happen at any time. Sickness or allergy attacks do not have set schedules. These types of ailments need medical attention right away. What is a treatment plan?
That might include medicine, lifestyle recommendations like resting for a few days, or actions you can take to minimize your symptoms once you are home if you are feeling under the weather.
